No matter your membership, you are able to come 5x a week during the challenge.



15 days worth 5 points [Mon-Fri]

4 days worth 3 points [Sat-Sun]

FASTING – 1 pt.

16 hrs. for guys, 14 hrs. for girls, ZERO calories whatsoever. The only thing you can consume during a fast is water, unsweetened tea, or black coffee. Anything else breaks your fast.

So if I finish eating dinner at 9pm, I’m going to start eating/intaking calories at 11am the next day (girls) or 1pm the next day (guys).

FOOD – 1 pt.

Meat, green veggies, healthy fats. GREEN VEGGIES are your only source of carbs during this challenge. No paleo baked goods, no fruit, no carbs from anything besides green veggies. Food MUST be logged on the comment section of the WordPress post daily to earn points. No alcohol. If you drink alcohol you lose 3 points for that day.


Drink a gallon of H2O a day. Go buy a gallon and either drink out of that, or pour out of that daily to make sure you are getting in a full gallon (128 oz).

WOD – 1 pt.

Come get your WOD on at Reckless daily.

2k ROW – 1pt.

You MUST post a PHOTO of your 2k row time (screen) to the Facebook page daily to earn points. Row times cannot deviate more than 10 seconds from your PR for the duration of the challenge.


BEFORE & AFTER photos are a MUST! Not so much for us, but for yourself to track your progress. You will be surprised with how much you lose if you can stick to this for the full challenge!

    Fasted: 14 hours.
    Breakfast:eggs and spinach/kale
    Lunch: chicken and spinach salad
    Dinner: chicken and broccoli
    1 gallon of water. Wod at reckless and 2 row

    18 hour fast
    Lunch – 2 burgers meat only, brocolli, half a cucumber
    dinner- steak and green pepper stir fry, half avocado
    About 160 oz of water
    rowed and wod (456)
