Day 1

Day 1 is in the books. How’s everyone feeling?

We asked a lot of you if you had any questions today. Here’s a recap on some of the most frequent questions –

  • Fasting is everyday. The entire 19 days.
  • The 2k row is everyday this week (we’ll switch to something different next week)
  • Don’t eat anything with sugar as an ingredient
  • Drink unflavored water, unsweetened tea, and black coffee during your fast – LaCroix is ok to drink as well after your fast is over
  • No green beans, sugar snap peas, peas, lima beans – NO BEANS
  • Photos due TOMORROW – brittany.recklesscrossfit@gmail.com
  • Eat protein, green carbs, and healthy fats every meal

5:30am & 8:30am-ers, a lot of you were feeling a bit woozy during your workout today. Fasted workouts are much different without having any fuel in the tank. Make sure that you guys are eating a heavy duty dinner to give yourself enough energy during your workout the next morning.
