A few more answers to questions I heard today –

  • coconut milk is good [fat] just don’t drink it/add to coffee during your fast – that will break it
  • condiments: mustard, Tessemae’s condiments [@ whole foods], louisiana hot sauce, for salad dressings I do olive oil + balsamic vinegar or olive oil + lemon juice + fresh garlic + fresh herbs
  • almond butter / all natural peanut butter are good [fat] just make sure you read the labels! ingredients should be almonds/peanuts + oil + sea salt
  • the brand of grass fed cheese & grass fed butter I use is Kerrygold [@ target or jewel], grass fed milk [@ fruitful yield]
  • if your log for the day says awaiting moderation (or something along those lines) it means that your post worked, I just have to accept the comment for it to be visible

  • lunch: 3 scrambled eggs + 3 pieces salami + handful spinach + grass fed cheese, 1/2 avocado in grass fed butter, superwoman coffee- c&k coffee + coconut oil + grass fed butter + 1st phorm CTC protein powder

  • dinner: 3 pieces ham + mustard, can of wild caught tuna, 1/2 avocado in grass fed butter
  • 1 gallon water

    During the day I are some almond during work for fats and had some mixed nuts.
