Day 3

Looks like everyone is off to a solid start! Hang in there guys, it only gets easier from here.

Well the eating at least. I think Josh is on a mission to have us all paralyzed by the end of the week.

    No fat with dinner so I ate some almond butter…

    Dinner – Cinderella sloppy joes on a bowl of lettuce, brussel sprouts, kale chips, broccoli

    Snack: Pistachios, bacon
    Lunch: Seasoned ground beef and cucumber
    Dinner: Grass fed NY Strip with asparagus dipped in grass fed butter

    I’ll admit it. I completely failed today. But hey, I went to the Paul McCartney concert in a limo and had dinner. And paid for nothing. So I’ll take the no points.

    Breakfast: 1/2 3 egg omelet with broccoli; 3 pieces bacon; coffee with grass fed butter and cin.
    Dinner: ( I did not pay for and had no choice) deep dish pizza. I have to say I haven’t had pizza since about January and it was amazing!! 2 vodka and soda with lemon and lime. Concert was amazing though!!
