One more day of beatings then we get to recover this weekend. Looking forward to it! Keep kicking ass in the gym guys. Food logs look good so far!

    D-steak and broccoli with “spicy almond butter sauce” (on it… it’s really not that bad…2T almond butter, 1/3 coconut milk, chili powder, hot sauce)

    Lunch2: 3 ground beef tacos, organic Mexican cheese ( found at woodmans) and green salsa ( celery, cucumber, cilantro, green pepper, green onion and tomatillo)
    Dinner: same as lunch. Had to finish left overs.
