Day 8

We had quite a few of you with minor and some major cheats this weekend. Time to get it back together and hit it hard this week.

Hopefully your legs all feel like jello too. Tomorrow is going to suck trying to sit down to go to the bathroom. Or walk.

For those of you that missed today, the new challenge for this week is:

10 Sled Pushes – behind the building, to the fence and back is 1 – sled + bodyweight – 20 min cap

    Lunch- ham slices with grass fed muenster. Hand full of nuts.
    Dinner- burgers with grass fed cheddar, green salsa on Boston lettuce. Celery and peanut butter.

    Drank gallon+ of water
    Breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in grass fed butter
    Lunch: 1 Paleo hotdog and Pistachios
    Dinner: You really don’t want to know. I made it through the weekend with no issues, just couldn’t get though buying a car…. On a good note, I didn’t have alcohol or pop, just plain water.

    Meal 1- bacon and eggs
    Meal 2- spinach and romaine salad with grilled chicken and olive oil
    Snack – pistachios
    Meal 3- steak 1/4 of a plain baked potato, baked French onion soup and toasted ravioli. I know.. But I’m at least proud of passing up the bottle of wine…

    M 1: 5 eggs, 3 egg whites, spinach, coconut oil, 1/2 avocado
    M 2: chicken breast, broccoli, nuts/almonds
    S: protein shake, celery, natural peanut butter
    M 3: ground beef, nuts/almonds, extra-virgin olive oil, romaine lettuce, kale
