7.15.14 – Day 9

16 Jul

Day 9

Holy smokes. Legs cashed…again.

How much are you guys loving those sled pushes? Talk about getting your ass handed to you.

Food logs are on point. Looks like you guys are starting to get into the groove and hopefully this way of eating is getting easier everyday. Any of you noticing any changes yet? Josh is down 17# already. Craziness. Let me know how you’re feeling and what you’ve noticed so far!

Log for today due Wednesday 10pm.

Sled – 7 rounds in 20 min. Couldn’t get any traction with my shoes in the puddles.

I am down 10 lbs so far, I think I am done with sugar detox. I am no longer getting dizzy and sick during the day (still get a little dizzy during the workouts but not as bad). The fasting sucks but overall feeling pretty good. The name of the challenge should be “how to make an Italian cry”. I miss my bread and pasta!
