    Lunch: Romaine and spinach salad with sunflower seeds and olives, chicken
    Dinner: ¼ seasoned ground beef, Romaine and spinach salad with turkey and salami, sunflower seeds, olives and green peppers, ½ a cucumber
    Drank a gallon+ of water

    snack bag of almonds, chicken breast with 1/2 avocado on lettuce “buns”
    zoodles (zuchinni noodles),4 bacon meatballs (made with an egg, bacon, hamburger, sea salt, pepper, garlic sea salt), avocado basil sauce (avocado, olive oil, basil, sea salt, pepper)

    Wod..forget the score
    B- 3Eggs, bacon, avocado and jalapenos fried in bacon grease (suprisingly flavorless). Coffee
    L- steak, lettuce, avocado, grass fed cheese. Iced tea
    D- buffalo chicken wings and 5 celery stalks with almond butter
    I’m eating way too much food! Fasting is probably worthless if I’m still cramming the same amount I’d normally eat in a shorter amount of time…

    summary: rough day for a diet!

    B: I made this porridge out of coconut flakes, peanut butter, cin and almond milk…it was gross.
    Snack: handful of nut and tky slices and cheese stick
