    Lunch: Romaine, Spinach and Arugula salad with olives and sunflower seeds and salami
    Dinner: ½ lb seasoned grass fed ground beef, large spinach, and romaine and cucumber salad with olives

    Had a last minute birthday party for my brother, they made homemade pizza, but I stayed strong and brought my own food. I got to listen to “You lost 10 lbs and I gained it”, as they were dipping cheese pizza in ranch dressing sucking down pop.
