    -5 eggs, grassfed dog, bacon
    – salad w/ chicken
    – salad, 2 ground beef patties, broccoli, avocado.

    post wod…CHEATED :/ I caved….frozen strawberries, almonds, extra dark chocolate and a protein shake

    2 egg muffins
    egg salad (2 hard boiled eggs, green onion, 1/2 avocado, sea salt, pepper) on lettuce “boats”
    flank steak, lettuce, cucumbers, 1/2 avocado, sprinkle of fresh lemon (1/2 lemon)

    B/L: omelet with 2 slices bacon, 2 eggs/2 whites, green pepper and grass fed cheese; coffee with ctc protein (that stuff is AMAZING! – I feel like a million bucks today!)
    S: celery and peanut butter
    D: homemade chicken salad with celery and avocado

    Breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in grass fed butter, bacon
    Lunch: Romaine, Spinach and Arugula salad with olives and sunflower seeds and salami
    Dinner: ½ lb seasoned grass fed ground beef, large spinach, and romaine and cucumber salad with olives
    Drank a gallon+ of water
    WOD: No 😦
    Sled: No

    Had a last minute birthday party for my brother, they made homemade pizza, but I stayed strong and brought my own food. I got to listen to “You lost 10 lbs and I gained it”, as they were dipping cheese pizza in ranch dressing sucking down pop.
