Day 12

1 week to go! 

Not sure how many of you saw my post earlier on Facebook so I’m going to reiterate what I was saying because I think it’s important.

It’s always right around the last leg of these Challenges that I start to get frustrated. Every time I look at my newsfeed someone is posting another fatass recipe; double ooey gooey chocolate lard ass cookies, caramel frappuccino saddle bag trenta, 7 cheesy butter artery clog bread, strawberry sprinkle make your muffin top even bigger cupcakes, maple glazed doughboy belly doughnuts. It makes me want to punch myself in the face. Have we taught you nothing? Have you not loved your results so far?! Then why must you even THINK about eating that shit again after this challenge is over? Scientifically, 19 days isn’t long enough to form a habit. So you go HAM on 12 donuts because you did SO WELL on the challenge. And follow that up with a night of drinking and a 5,000 calorie dinner from Chilis. Cya later results. Cya later routine. Give yourself an inch and you’ll take a mile. You all joined this challenge because you wanted to lose weight right? Because you weren’t doing it on your own right? So why do you think that a cupcake “here and there” won’t turn into a cupcake every other day like it was before you joined this whole shebang. Don’t tempt yourself with shit and you won’t eat it. Simple as that.

I hope not all of you are planning on going back to shitty eating after this, but to each his own.

A wise man once said: You are not a dog. Don’t reward yourself with food.

Put down the cookies and reward yourself with something awesome. Like some new sexy ass jeans, or a bikini.

    Lunch: Romaine and spinach salad with sunflower seeds, grass fed cheese and olives, 2 grass fed paleo hot dogs, chicken
    Snack: Pistachios
    Dinner: A little pork, grass fed paleo hot dog, Salad (Romaine, spinach, grass fed cheese, sunflower seeds, olives, cut salami, cucumbers), 1 cucumber
    Drank gallon+ of water
    WOD: 9:31 & 9:59
