Awesome crew at mobility & the team workout today! Remember to write it in if you were at both. +2!

I made a baller dinner tonight. I’m gonna go ahead and pat myself on the back for this one. So good.


  • Grass fed chicken tenders with cracked black pepper and sea salt fried in grass fed butter (left)
  • Chicken Poppers: Grass fed chicken tenders with jalapeño (sliced and de-seeded) and grass fed cheese wrapped in bacon : bake in oven 25-30 minutes at 400
  • Steamed broccoli florets
  • Avocado fried in grass fed butter

Log for today due Sunday 10pm.

    S: celery and peanut butter

    Snack: Pistachios, Scoop of natural peanut butter
    Dinner: Romaine salad with grilled chicken and hard boiled egg, shredded beef

    B- 3 scrambled eggs with green onion & 1/2 piece of grass fed cheese
    S- almonds & cucumbers
    L- 2 pieces of flank steak
    D- salad- lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, sunflower seeds, egg, 2 hot dogs, olive oil & salt & pepper
    *attempted to drink coffee with that cinnamon toast protein crap- two swallows and that was all I could handle- how do you guys drink that shit?

    D- had a wedding and tried my hardest….I DID NOT DRINK,!!!!! But…. I did have to go off track with the food. I had beef which was good, but I also had a little mashed potatoes and green beans the I really fucked up and had half a cup cake!
