    2 fried eggs, 1/2 avocado
    almonds & cucumbers
    hamburger with fried egg, arugula, mustard, wrapped in lettuce, side of steamed broccoli

    Drank gallon+ of water
    Breakfast: 3 eggs with green peppers cooked in grass fed butter, bacon
    Lunch: 1 paleo grass fed hot dog, romaine and spinach salad with olives, sunflower seeds and salami and grass fed cheese
    Dinner: ½ pork tenderloin, beef stew (cooked with homemade beef stock, stew meat, lots of celery and green peppers)
    Snack: Scoop of natural peanut butter & Pistachios

    played sand volleyball (I know I don’t get points for it, just saying I didn’t lay on the couch all day like most Sundays)
    One super meal- taco salad with beef, lettuce, cucumber, grass fed cheese, hot sauce/ grilled chicken tenderloins, paleo jalapeno poppers (AGAIN)…all meat was seasoned with chili powder, cumin, garlic, and ground red pepper
