    lunch: omelette with spinach, bacon. Turkey sausage, side salad
    dinner ( messed up the diet) @ italian village in chi town…eggplant parmesan, chicken broth soup with noodles…and my first gram of sugar in 18 days with a Cannoli for dessert…wow!
