Day 3

Cooking day! I love meal prep…well veggie prep now that Cinderalla Paleo has come into our lives.  At the beginning of every week I make a TONNNNNN of oven roasted broccoli, cut up celery to snack on with peanut butter, cut up cucumbers and soak them in balsamic vinegar, and make oven baked bacon. Extra treat this week, found a huge bag of kale pieces at Aldi for cheap. If you’ve never made kale chips you are seriously missing out.
