Great job to everyone that tackled the 3 bars of death aka Linda this morning. I’ve never sweat that much in my life. Tony Suilta can testify.

    Drank a lot of water but was too busy to keep track so prob not a gallon
    No wods but set up for partyand cleaned up after so kindof a workout

    Food- italian beef, gyro meat, lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, hot peppers.

    Didn’t make open gym or mobility, but did attend an hr long yoga class at sense of Samadhi (think I spelled that right)

    B-steak eggs spinach avocado and jalapenos. Coffee
    D- pulled chicken and pulled pork, celery and cucumbers
    went out drinking. .. sorry 😦

    L: grilled chicken, broccoli with grass fed butter
    D: CHEAT – bday party – pasta and a mini parfait

    Not the best day, but better than it would have been with no challenge!
