Sorry I forgot to post. It probably had to do with the fact that I went to a best friend’s housewarming party right after the gym and consumed a bottle of wine. I hang my head in shame.

    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    pile of cashews
    ahi tuna slices
    steak salad +glass of red:( dan’s 40th bday:) had to cheers like a big girl:)

    D- turkey burger with zucchini, gras fed cheese- not very hungry after the WOD!
