I have to do some shameless bragging right now. You guys impressed the hell out of me today. I saw so many LEGITTTTTT deadlift numbers being put up. I heard quite a few people say “that is more than my previous 1 rep max” as they do it for 3. Craziness. Love it.

You know what else is cray? Lew & Heather’s numbers from Muscles & Meat tonight. Lew took 1st place & Heather took 4th.

Deadlift 575#

You guys are some strong motherfuckers. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

    pile of almonds
    roast beef and romaine lettuce sandwiches (2)
    2 spoons of peanut butter
    piece of chicken with zucchini, green peppers, 1/5 avocado
