Hope everyone had an awesome weekend & that you stayed out of the crazy heat/humidity today….or at least had some fun in the water in it. How are we getting the dog days of summer now?! Why couldn’t this of happened in July? Come on IL. Get it together!

    Did fridays challenge wod 400/50/400 with 35# pack 15:55 it was horrible
    D- burger, grass fed cheese, avacado, with cinderella sloppy on top. Yum
