Holy shitty hands day. It was really mean of me to make you guys do 100 TTB after pull ups in the workout. I’m sorry…ok? At least I wasn’t as mean as Josh, who made his classes not only do 100 TTB but do 100 Burpee TTB. Think about that one. Rough. Kudos to all of you that did it that way!
