    Started work at 3am and was unable to last the 17 hours so I only fasted 15 because I was dying and the coffee n water wasn’t doing it.

    So. .I fell off the paleo wagon pretty hard the last few days due to a combination of music/beer fests, free Jim Beam, and fantasy football drafts. ..however you’ll be happy to know I’ve pulled myself together, and I’m back on track as of today…
    b-banana and almond butter. Coffee
    L- steak, lettuce, avocado and tomato
    D- chicken stuffed with grass fed cheese and jalapenos, then wrapped in bacon and served with a side of broccoli in olive oil

    1/2 gallon of water (Had my major internship meeting and then class and couldn’t really carry a jug around and if i drank that much i would have left class multiple times to pee) Psโ€ฆGot the internship!
