Sorry for the burden lunges/run today :] I was feeling evil this am. At least it wasn’t as bad as the bodyweight sled pushes. Right?!

    Yes the sled pushes where worse.

    B- coffee, eggs, spinach, grass fed cheese
    L- lettuce wraps of chicken & avocado
    D- broccoli, pork roast & grass fed cheese
    WOD- 6+8
    Challenge WOD- yes πŸ˜ͺπŸ’¦ this one was hard!!

    It was much worse.

    Challenge wod
    L- 4 eggs with jalapeno and couple spoons of sloppy joes.
    D- burger topped with cinderella sloppy with grass fed cheese, lettuce, avacado

    2 spoons of peanut butter
    2 piece chicken with broccoli

    S 1 tbsp almond butter, post WOD protein shake
    D grd meat, avocado, spinach
