12.2.14 – Day 2…ish

Day 2

Well kind of. We started yesterday technically because you all got signed up, but today is the big day when we all started this 21 days of awesomeness.

The BONUS that I forgot to tell all of you – no matter what you membership level is, all of you are able to come unlimited during the Challenge.

Your do’s and don’ts are posted right below this. Live by that. Eating healthy isn’t as hard as people make it out to be. Eat protein, good veggies, healthy fats, and drink plenty of water. Simple as that.

Every day you’ll need to do a few things:

  1. Wait to consume any calories until at least 2 hours after you wake up – water, black coffee, unsweetened tea ok during this time
  2. Meat, Good Fats, Green Veggies only during the day
  3. WOD at Reckless
  4. Challenge WOD
  5. Meat, Good Fats, any Veggies / Fruit for dinner on days that you worked out
  6. Drink at least 1 gallon of water
  7. Post your food log on here in the comments section
  8. Get 8+ hours of sleep

Wham, bam, thank you mam. That’s it.

Please take before photos and your weight today. You don’t have to submit either, however at the end I’ll be asking how much total weight was lost. The photos are for you to compare your progress from yesterday to the end of the Challenge.

Daily food logs should look like this:

  • Waited 2 hours – black coffee
  • Lunch – wild caught tuna, sautéed zucchini in grass fed butter
  • WOD – 5:21Rx
  • Challenge WOD- 8:30
  • Dinner – chicken breast, sweet potato with grass fed butter & cinnamon, 1/2 avocado
  • 1 gallon water
  • 8 hours sleep

Today’s log is due Wednesday by 9pm.

    Snack post wod- rx bar
    Dinner- chicken, corn, spinach with gfc (grass fed cheese)

    Waited 2 hours- black coffee.
    Breakfast- 2 eggs, broccoli, grass fed cheese omelet.
    Lunch- 2 organic nitrates free sausage links, brussel sprouts, 1/2 avocado
    Dinner- steak, sweet potato, green salad with vinegar and oil, broccoli and cauliflower.
    WOD- 6:26
    Challenge WOD- 9:41
    Gallon water
    4 1/2 hours sleep.

    Waited a few hours before bfast
    B- eggs, bacon, spinach
    L- mixed green salad, grilled chicken, almonds
    D- Baked Chicken, grass fed cheese, cucumber and 1/4 cup sweet potato
    WOD- 6:44
    Challenge WOD- 9:11
    Gallon of water
    Sleep-8 hrs

    Dinner- pork chop and salad with chicken chunks
    Slept 6 hours
