Day 3

Let the holiday detox begin! We haven’t done a Challenge for quite some time now, so if you’re anything like me, or a lot of other people in the gym, you probably haven’t been on a (I cringe at this word) “diet” or healthy eating for a while.

In comes the detox. Sugar is comparable to Cocaine & Heroin. WTF? Really? Yes really. When tested in an MRI the same parts of the brain light up when subject to Sugar as when subject to Cocaine or Heroin.

So what I’m saying here is you are all crackheads. Sugar crackheads.

You might be feeling sluggish, irritable, headaches, shaky, etc. Welcome to rehab my friends. We will be detoxing for the next 21 days.

Stay strong – get through the symptoms these first few days and it will be smooth sailing from there.

Log for today due Thursday 9pm.

    Waited a few hours before bfast
    B- eggs, grass fed cheese, spinach
    S- 1 teaspoon of almond butter
    D- Turkey burger, grass fed cheese, cucumber
    WOD- 14:58
    Challenge WOD- 74 burpees

    Sleep-8 hrs

    2 hr no caloric intake

    L- grass fed chicken and apple sausage
    Snack- rx bar
    D- sweet potato mash, eggs, grass fed cheese and hotdogs

    No WOD
    B- chicken broccoli omelette
    Snack- guacamole with broccoli
    D- coconut crusted chicken breast, asparagus wrapped in bacon. Half of avocado.
    Sleep 8 hours.

    Waited 2 hours- ate a bananna
    Lunch- had a salad with chunks of turkey and hard boiled eggs, broccoli with guacamole
    Wod 14:31
    Rx bar
    Drank gallon of water
    Dinner- sweet potato chilli
    Slept 9 hours
