Day 4

How are you guys feeling today? The gym was slow so I’m going to assume you’re sore just like everyone else. Probably much more from the additional Challenge workouts.

Hang in there – stretch – drink lots of water.

Josh is on a mission to try and get me to fail on this Challenge. He is not doing it, and is loving every minute of eating shitty food in front of me. We went out to eat at Maciano’s tonight because he wanted pizza. While it definitely sucked sitting there watching him eat, I stayed strong. I ordered a greens salad with olive oil & vinegar for dressing and grilled calamari for dinner. Delicious, and stayed on track. Don’t let going out to eat with people be an excuse! Meat, fat, carbs. BAM!

    Waited 2 hours- had a bananna
    Lunch- sweet potato chili and veggies with guacamole
    Almonds
    Did the WOD twice. 6+201 then 6+202
    Did the challenge in 7 sets
    Drank over a gallon of water
    Rx bar
    Dinner- sweet potato chilli and some organic apple sauce
    Gonna sleep over 9 hours, goodnight!

    Waited a few hours before bfast
    B- eggs, bacon, spinach
    L- Green salad with grilled salmon & almonds
    D- paleo pumpkin chili, with poblano peppers and grass fed cheese
    WOD- 6 rounds
    Challenge WOD- 8
    Gallon of water
    Sleep-8.5 hrs

    Wod: 8+200+5 Rx
    Challenge wod: 3 sets for 7 min plank
    2 hr no caloric intake

    L- grass fed chicken and apple sausage
    Snack- rx bar
    D- roast beef with onions, broccoli, grass fed cheese

    Two hour wait

    No workouts
    Sleep 1.5
    Salad, grilled salmon, broccoli, carrots, chicken breast

    Gallon water
    No workouts
    8 hours sleep
    B- broccoli; Kerrygold omelette
    D- was at the Bears game so tried to stay clean but not much is offered that’s paleo. Chicken tenders with mustard. Cheeseburger no bun. Salsa and guacamole. This is a fail but I tried. 😊
