We are HALFWAY! Congrats to those of you who are staying strong.

Make it a point to stay super clean and hit all those Challenge WODs this week.

Party is Saturday – you guys get a freebie cheat night if you want it then.

Log for today due Thursday 9pm.

    Waited a few hours before bfast
    B- eggs, bacon, spinach
    S- almonds
    D- chicken, sweet potatoes, grass fed cheese
    Gallon of water
    WOD- 64 reps
    Challenge WOD- yes, not sure of the time, maybe 5 mins?
    Sleep-8.5 hrs

    •CTC protein and almond milk
    •eggs, spinach, bacon
    •pork roast, broccoli, potato
    •greens, oil and vinegar, sunflower seeds, walnuts, apples, strawberries

    No WOD
    Slept 8
    B- omelette with ham and Kerrygold cheese, bacon.
    D- pork stir fry with all green veggies
