Oh hey there WordPress thanks for jacking up my blog on day 2 of a new Challenge. That’s cool.

Finally got this to work. Thanks for your patience guys!

I need you all to email your before weight and waist & hips measurements to brittany.recklesscrossfit@gmail.com by Friday night. You do not have to email  your before photos to me – but please keep them in a safe place. You’ll need them for the end of the Challenge.

Log for today due Friday 9pm.

    Waited more than 2 hours before eating
    B- eggs, spinach, grass fed cheese
    L- turkey, & green peppers in grass fed butter
    D- pork chops, broccoli, sweet potatoes with bacon
    WOD- 6 rounds
    125 oz water

    Lunch – 5 eggs, 3 slices turkey breast, 1/2 onion
    Dinner- fajita style beef with onion and green pepper, avacado
    Protein shake
    Only about 90 oz of water
    No wod

    B – 3 eggs and steamed broccoli
    L – ground beef, green “salsa”, romaine lettuce and an avocado
    S – handful of sunflower seeds and cashews
    D- beef steak with lettuce
    96 ounces of water ~~~Y~~~~<- me floating away
    No wod – PT and massage for wrist

    Breakfast – 3 eggs and turkey bacon
    Lunch- paleo chili
    Dinner- paleo chili
    WOD – 5+14Rx
    180+oz of water
    Sleep 8 hours

    Breakfast- 2eggs w/ grass fed cheese & spinach
    Lunch- paleo bacon wrapped pork tenderloin w/ asparagus sautéed in grass fed cheese & fresh garlic
    Dinner- paleo spaghetti squash chicken bake
    Water- 130oz
    Sleep- 10hrs

    S/L raspberries, cashews, pistachios, roast beef
    Wod: 4+14
    Dinner tuna, green pepper
    Didn’t quite pull off all the protein, right around 200g
    Managed to pull all the water again, 230+
    Sleep 7+
