Shameless bragging time – today marks 5 years of marriage for Josh & I. It has been a wild road full of adventure and I’m looking forward to a million more 🙂

Now on to what you guys really want to hear – Challenge stuffz

Each day you will be given a point for each thing completed:

Waited 2 hours – black coffee
Lunch – wild caught tuna, sautéed zucchini in grass fed butter
WOD – 5:21Rx
Challenge WOD- 8:30
Dinner – chicken breast, sweet potato with grass fed butter & cinnamon, 1/2 avocado
120 oz water
8 hours sleep

With that – the Challenge WOD and normal WOD will be capped to 3x a week seeing that’s our lowest membership that people are on. Trying to be fair to all.

PROTEIN!!! I’ve had tons of you asking how to each 1g/# of bodyweight in a day. I feel your pain. It’s hard to consume that much food to get it in. In comes the lifesaver, PROTEIN POWDER. So much easier to consume and obviously high in protein. You can purchase whatever protein you’d like but I recommend 1st Phorm because it is clean and it is LOW CARB. That’s why we chose to sell it in the gym as opposed to other brands.

You need to eat as much real food to get your protein in as possible – I don’t want to see anyone’s log with 4 protein shakes and no real food. 1 or 2 is ok.

    Waited 2 hours to eat
    B- 2 chicken thighs, 1 cup steamed broccoli
    L- steak, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 avocado
    S- handful of cashews and sunflower seeds
    D- steak, lettuce, cucumbers
    Was still hungry
    S- celery with sunbutter
    No WOD
    96 ounces of water (Water bottle snafu)
    7 hours of sleep

    8 hrs sleep
    Waited 5 hours
    I med blk coffee
    130 oz water
    Lunch- protein shake, 4 slices turkey breast
    D- salad with 1/2 lb pork, 1/2 avacado, protein shake
    WOD 3+49 felt weak and couldn’t breathe

    1st phorm protein shake
    Lunch- paleo spaghetti squash chicken bake
    Dinner- paleo fried pork chops topped with apple & onions sautéed in grass fed butter with paleo coleslaw
    Water- 130oz
    Sleep- 7 hrs

    Waited 2 hrs
    S/L. Raspberries, roast beef, cashews,pistachios
    No wod, but did do most of the things from the circus wods on my own.
    Hamburger, green peppers
    230+ oz of water. (I think I might turn into a fish by the end of next week)
    Only got about 200g of protein
    7 hrs of sleep
