FRIDAY FRIDAY!

That means one of your toughest challenges lays before you…THE WEEKEND. A time of debauchery, little sleep, and cheat meals. But not for you kiddos! Time to shine. Stay LOW CARB and hit those protein & water ounces. Remember – every meal needs to consist of protein, carbs, and fat. 

Bear with me if I post these late this weekend and we’ll be at the competition for the next 2 days.

    Waited 3.5 hrs- water
    1st Phorm protein shake
    Lunch- 2 eggs w/ grass fed cheese, spinach
    Dinner- paleo fried pork chop w/ zucchini sautéed in grass fed butter, fresh garlic, 1/2 avocado
    Water: 152oz
    Sleep- 10.5 hrs

    Waited more than 2 hours before eating
    B- eggs, bacon, broccoli
    L- Paleo chili with poblano & green peppers, bullet proof coffee
    D- burger patty, avocado, spinach
    Snack- protein shake
    WOD-106 reps
    100 oz water 😪
    Sleep 8.5 hours

    CHEATED!! Couldn’t pass up cheese steak sub at firehouse subs after Amy’s procedure.
    Dinner- 3 sausages with salsa
    130 oz water
    No wod

    B- 4 eggs and turkey bacon
    Lunch- paleo chili, pistachios and pumpkin seeds
    Dinner-paleo chili
    No WOD
    180oz water
    8 hours sleep

    S/l Raspberries,
    Sun flower seeds for the drive over
    Dinner: chicken, squash, Brussels sprouts
    230+ water.
    7 hrs sleep
    I may have had an alcoholic beverage

    •waited 3 hrs
    •130+ oz water
    •wod: 103
    •CTC protein w/ unsweetened almond milk (21 pro)
    •almonds, pecans, cashews (25g pro)
    •8 oz filet mignon (60 g pro)
    •2 pieces each: oysters, lobster, crab legs, 3 x-large shrimp (60 g pro)
    •asparagus 2 lg stalks, 1/2 baked potato

    B- 2 chicken thighs, 1 cup steamed broccoli
    S- handful sunflower seeds
    L- 2 chicken thighs, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 avocado
    S- handful cashews
    D- 2 chicken thighs in multiple lettuce type salad with cucumbers
    1 stick celery stick with sunbutter
    96 ounces water
