Day 5

OKKKKK. So I’ve been to a million CrossFit competitions in the past 4 years. NEVER have I ever been to one that has a 15 hour day. FIF-FRICKEN-TEEN hours. That’s just plain mean to not only the judges, vendors, and volunteers but also to the athletes. I’ve been multitasking by running the Tango Charlie booth as well as serving as a secondary photographer for the lady doing this competition. Smoked. Tired. And get to do it all over again today. Then drive home 5 hours. WAHHHHH pity fest for me I know. Suck it up lady.

Hope you guys all had a good weekend and that you were able to stick with eating clean!

    B: eggs, sausage, Blueberries
    L: chicken, bacon salad
    S: apples, almond butter
    D: roast beef, mixed vegetables

    Waited over 2 hours to eat
    B- 3 eggs, 6 pieces of paleo approved bacon
    L- 3 approved hot dogs, 1 cup steamed broccoli with ghee, 2 small pickles (taken me 2 years to find pickles that are without sugar and artificial colors), mustard
    D – 5 pepperoni slices, 2 celery sticks with sunbutter
    96 ounces of water
    10 hours sleep

    Sleep 7 then 2 hour nap
    Waited 4 hours
    Drank about a gallon
    Breakfast- 3 eggs, bacon, steak
    L- protein shake
    D- steak, 1 bacon, baked broccoli, sweet potatoe fries
    No wod

    not enough water
    2 eggs with green salsa and avacado
    pile of ground turkey with green peppers
    1 pear
    went to our annual chili cook off at the lake…..tried to stay strong……..and fail:,(

    Snack- protein shake
    No WOD

    Sleep 8 hours

    Had a few bananas during the day

    10 hrs sleep
