Competition day 2. Our teams are doing awesome. 4 workouts in a day is a LOT of work. They’re all sore a fuk today (ha get it?) but are looking solid. Keepin this short and sweet. Gotta get back to work!

    •waited 1.5 hrs
    •omelette: egg, bacon, sausage, ham, grn pepper. Ordered it with no cheese, but it came with cheese and I didn’t have time to reorder. I’m sure it wasn’t grass fed cheese at calamity janes ; )
    • huge chopped salad: greens, cukes, chicken, hb egg, bacon, balsamic

    L- chicken & beef with green salad & walnuts
    D- burger patty, lettuce, avocado, grass fed cheese, broccoli
    Snack- protein shake

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat
    L- 3 eggs, 8 strips bacon, sauteed broccoli in coconut oil with garlic
    S – 5 pepperoni slices, 8 strawberries (sugars dropped to low 80s even though I had just eaten.)
    D- 2 lemon chicken tenders, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1/2 sweet potato with teaspoon of ghee(still low blood sugar)
    S – Roasted sunflower seeds
    No WOD
    96 oz of water
    Sleep 9.68 hours

    Have started monitoring my food intake with MyFitnessPal. I think my net carb. intake is really low so that is letting my blood sugars go low.

    pile of spinach with slices almonds, bacon bits and oil and vinegar dressing

    never enough water

    Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ grass fed cheese & spinach
    Lunch- spinach salad w/ 1/2 avocado & chicken
    Dinner- 1 chicken breast w/ sautéed spinach (gf butter & fresh garlic) 1/2 avocado
    Water- 150 oz
    Sleep- 8 hrs

    D- 4 Paleo turkey dogs, baked brussel sprouts

    Prob only about 90 oz water
