Day 9

So we are approaching the end of our first full week which means time for weigh ins. I’d like to meet with you all on Friday, but if you absolutely won’t be there please let me know so we can get it done tomorrow.

We can chat a bit about how you’re feeling, your progress, your workouts, what’s difficult for you, etc. Anything you guys want.

    Slept like shit. Up every 30 min after 3am.

    Dinner- pork chop w/ zucchini sautéed in grass fed butter

    Sleep- 6.5 hours (not straight through)

    Dinner – 1 Angry Orchard Green Apple Hard Cider, 1 Annies Spinach Pizza (In memory of Tucker)
