Day 14

Congrats to you all! You have successfully made it 2 weeks. Hopefully you guys are all feeling better during your workouts and your clothes should be fitting well.

The Challenge WOD is going to be a tough one this week – but you guys will get those points if you complete it! Just think of that booty.

If you fell off yesterday due to the Superbowl time to get back to it. It’s a new week. Don’t let 1 day turn into a total derailment for all of your hard work so far.

Log for today due Tuesday 9pm.

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B- eggs, spinach, avocado
    L- grilled salmon, mixed green salad, avocado
    D- chicken, broccoli, quinoa, kale & grass fed cheese
    WOD- 11+ 18
    124 oz of water
    8 hours of sleep

    Slept 7 1/2
    Drank prob 70 oz water
    Had med black starbucks
    Had no food until about 7 pm when i had a double protein shake.
    Wod was 9+1 all strict pullups

    3 Eggs Scrambled, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon 6 pieces, Peppers green 1/4 cup, Broccoli 1 cup, Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
    Lunch
    Broccoli Steamed 1 cup, Petite Sirloin 5 oz,
    Dinner
    Petite Sirloin 10 oz, Broccoli Steamed 1 cup
    Snacks
    Ghee 2 tbsp, Popcorn coconut oil-popped 2 cup

    96 ounces of water
    No WOD
    31 g carbs (22 net)

    B: eggs and shrimp
    L/s: apples and raspberries
    D: I did 6 lbs of chicken up on Sunday, off course I had bbq chicken with green peppers and jalapeños with some shrimp
    230 oz water
    Slept 8 hrs
    No wod

    Breakfast- 2eggs w/ gf cheese, chicken & spinach
    1st phorm protein shake
    Dinner- 1 piece of pizza 😦
    Water- 140oz
    Sleep- 7 hrs broken
