    B- Bullet proof coffee, eggs, spinach, bacon
    L- Baked Chicken & Salmon, cucumbers,zucchini & green olives
    D- Chichen, quinoa, kale, brocoli, grass fed cheese

    Lunch
    Broccoli Steamed 1 cup, Baked Chicken Thigh (No Skin) 3 oz.
    Dinner
    Chipotle Lettuce 1 oz, Guacamole 3.5 oz., Steak 4 oz, Fresh Tomato Salsa 3.5 oz
    Snack
    Raw Walnut Unsalted 1/4 cup, Sunbutter 4 tbsp, Celery Stalk 1.5 large raw

    I know it’s late, sorry!!

    Waited 5 hrs- water & black coffee
    1st phorm protein shake
    Lunch- chicken on salad of different greens, 1 egg, gf cheese, balsamic vinegar for dressing
    Wod- 2 + 503
    Dinner- fajita taco salad (lettuce) plain w/ green peppers
    Water- 154oz
    Sleep-7 hrs

    Forced to work till 7 so no wod
