Day 17

Heading into the tail end of another week. If you guys won’t be at the gym tomorrow give me a heads up so we can do our check in tonight. I want to meet with ALL of you guys so we can talk about how you’re feeling and if we need to make any changes going from here. We’ve still got a long while to go and I want to make the most of it for each and every one of you. The same parameters aren’t going to work the same for everybody so let’s get to it! Hit that Challenge WOD tonight too!

    Lunch- 2 eggs w/ chicken & gif cheese
    Dinner- paleo chicken wrap (paleo tortilla) w/ gf cheese & franks red hot sauce, side of sweet potato fries
    1st Phorm protein shake
    Water- 152oz
    Sleep- 8 hrs

    Kerrygold Cheddar Cheese 2 oz, Applegate Farms – Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz.

    Had sliced turkey breast for lunch with a salad
    Dinner- a whole small spaghetti squash with meatballs and tomato sauce
