Day 18

So I was able to meet with a few of you tonight to talk about the Challenge so far – what’s been going good, what’s difficult, how you’re feeling, etc. For the most part pretty damn good. I’m proud of you guys!

Now there’s a few of you who have had some hiccups up until now. This is a LONG challenge. Don’t let a non-perfect diet day mess up your entire Challenge. Don’t let 1 day turn into 2, into a week, into the remainder of the Challenge.

Extra points if you do Yoga & Open Gym tomorrow.

    Today was kinda fucked up at work which translated into my food.

    Slept 6 1/2
    Waited 7 hours
    Had a black coffee
    Had a spicy Italian salad at subway with onion, spinach, jalapeño and a lil vinegar and oil for dressing
    Then the Shit hit the fan and I didn’t eat or drink anything else. Was standing in the cold without a jacket from 230-9pm and now my back hurts from shivering haha
    Drank about 40 oz

    2 eggs with green salsa and 1/2 avocado
    pile of cashews
    4 meatballs with red sauce
    1 apple with nut butter

    D- paleo chili, mixed green salad with walnuts
    No WOD
    124 oz of water
    8 hours of sleep

    Waited two hours to eat

    Breakfast
    Broccoli Steamed 1 cup, Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 1.5 thighs, Boneless Pork Chop 2 oz
    Lunch
    Sunbutter 2 tbsp, Celery Medium Stalk 1.5, Broccoli Steamed 1 cup, Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 2 thighs
    Dinner
    Ghee 1 tablespoon, Beef Sirloin Steak Petite 10 oz, Small Sweet Potato Microwaved 75 g,
    Avocados 1 cup, Vita Coco – Pure Coconut Water, 8 oz
    Snacks
    Celery Raw 2 stalk, Sunbutter 3 tbsp, Raisins 1 g

    Over 96 ounces of water
    No WOD (Stretching before comp.)

    B: Scrambled eggs, ham and green peppers
    D: steak, sweet potato, asparagus, green peppers
    No wod or extra challenge
    Slept 9 hrs
    230 oz water
