Day 19

Hey kids! Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I purposely didn’t post yesterday because Josh and I had our first date day / free day in quite some time. So after Yoga & Open Gym we spent the day together with 1 rule – NO WORKING. It was awesome.

Know what else is awesome? Pilar & Hope. They both spent their Saturday competing at the Cold Steel Classic. So proud of you both – and congrats to Pilar on making the podium – 3rd place!

    waited 2 hours to eat

    Breakfast
    Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 2 thighs, Broccoli Steamed 1 cup
    Lunch
    Subway Spicy Italian Salad 1 bowl, Black Olives Sliced, Mustard 4 tsp, Green Bell Pepper 3 strips, Tomato Slices 3 slices, Spinach 2 g
    Dinner
    Amy’s – Spinach Pizza With Organic Spinach and Tomatoes 1 pizza, Angry Orchard – Green Apple Hard Cider 12 fl oz
    Snacks
    Dex4 – Glucose Tablet 1 tablet, Banana 1 medium, Vita Coco – Pure Coconut Water W/ Pineapple 16 oz, Red Seedless Grapes 1/2 Cup, Raisins Seedless 1 small box, Rx Bar – Apple Cinnamon, 1 bar

    Over 120 ounces of water
    Many WODS!

    Waited 5 hrs
    B- protein shake
    D- chicken pesto panini (ate meat off bread)
    Drank 100 oz

    Waited more than 2 hours

    Competition day!

    No breakfast or lunch

    Ate during breaks, Rx bar, protein shakes, some unsweetened organic apple sauce, mixed nuts, and turkey slices
    D- one sliced of pizza and a glass of wine! πŸ˜“

    Sleep 8 hours
    125 oz water or more, I lost count

    Bunch of sun flower seeds
    Hamburger, bacon, lettuce
    180 oz of water

    Went to my brothers bachelor party. I made a poor decision or two
    No wod or extra wod
    Slept 10 hrs

    waited 2 hours to eat
    slept +7
    yoga and wod
    2 eggs green salsa pile of guac
    pile of cashews
    1 banana
    beef tenderloin tip with zucc, peppers and mush
    glass of red…………made it all week without one!!! finished my 1st 12 page paper for school:) figured i would treat myself
    hot tea with teaspoon of honey

    waited 6 hours – water & black coffee
    breakfast- couple bites of eggs and chopped steak
    1st phorm protein
    dinner- pulled pork sandwich
    (today was full of little cheats, and our annual winter dance at the FD, so epic fail)
    water- 145 oz
    sleep- 5 hrs broken
