2.8.15 – Day 20

Day 20

Today was a successful day in my book. Went to church with Kevin and the sermon was amazing. My coffee from Starbucks was the perfect temperature so I didn’t burn my tongue on the first sip. Got a bunch of photos edited. Got a bunch of laundry done. Caught up on work. Made some baller low carb meals and ate really well today.

Pat on the back Sunday. Pat on the back. Today was good.

To top it all off, The Walking Dead is back on right now soooooooooo…..time to go watch some zombies.

    Had a great day too. Had a chance to run with a group this morning for 5 miles. Ate well too.
    B: eggs and ground beed omlet and blueberries.
    L: homemade paleo chix soup.
    D: chicken breast, salad, mixed veggies.

    Waited 2 hrs
    B: Eggs, bacon, green peppers

    Sun flower seeds a plenty

    D: hamburger, asparagus
    No wods
    Slept 7 hrs

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B- eggs, spinach , grass fed cheese
    D- burger patty, lettuce, kale & avocado
    No WOD
    124 oz of water
    9 hours of sleep

    slept forever
    3 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon for breakfast
    couple mugs of tea with teaspoons of honey……sore throat:,(
    protein shake
    zucc veggie chips
    pile of almonds
    giant spinach salad
    1 pear
    cannot seem to get the water in:/

    Waited 2 hours to eat

    Breakfast
    Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 2 thighs, Cucumber With peel 0.5 cup slices, Lettuce Green leaf 1 cup
    Lunch
    Applegate Farms Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz., Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese 2 oz, Celery Medium 2 Stalk, Sunbutter 4 tbsp, Raisins Seedless 2 g, Red Seedless Grapes 1/4 Cup
    Dinner
    Small Sweet Potato 50 g, Beef Sirloin Steak Petite 10 oz, Broccoli Steamed 1 cup
    Snacks
    Vita Coco – Pure Coconut Water W/ Pineapple 4 oz

    No WOD
    96 ounces of water
    41 g of carbs

    waited 3 hours- water
    breakfast- eggs, bacon, cheese, hashbrown
    lunch- peanut butter & marshmellow fluff sandwich (I know… ugh so bad)
    dinner- fajita trio (no tortilla, just chicken, steak, & shrimp)
    water- 128oz
    sleep- 8 hrs
