    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B/L- eggs, spinach, turkey bacon
    D- anniversary dinner celebration (not too good) 😣 Cobb salad no dressing 2 delicious beers and later some wine
    Valentine’s WOD
    100 oz of water
    8 hours of sleep

    B: turkey sausage and eggs
    L: chicken taco salad with veggies and guac
    D: chicken, vegetables, salad
    Angel food cake no frosting, blueberries and strawberries.
    Tough week to work out. Managed 5 miles and 2 WODs. Need to get there more.

    Slept 7
    Coffee
    Waited 8 hrs
    Then shit went down hill
    Lunch- sgt forced me to go to buena beef so I had a burger on a pretzel bun with mushrooms, bacon, onion, avacado. A salad
    D- went to granite city and had few pieces of calamari, a strip steak, sweet potato tots, green beans, a flight of beer, and a pint.
    Had prob 100oz water

    didn’t wait to eat
    2 eggs with 1/2 avocado and green salsa
    protein shake
    1 beer, 1 cider
    pile of cashews
    2 piece of chicken with mixed veggies zucc/peppers
    2 glasses of wine

    B- 2 eggs w/ gf cheese
    1st phorm protein
    D- 1 piece of pizza
    Water-154oz
    Sleep- 7hrs

    slept 8 hours

    Gluten Free Cafe – Chicken Noodle Soup 1 cup

    Lunch
    Applegate Farms Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz., Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese 2 oz,

    Dinner
    Beef Sirloin Steak Petite 5 oz, Avocado 1/2 Medium, Lettuce Green leaf 1.5 cup shredded, Roma Tomato, 1 oz, Peppers Sweet yellow 1 pepper, Black Olives Sliced 2 tbsp

    Snacks
    Homemade – Chocolate Covered Strawberry, 1 Large Berry

    64 ounces of water
    36 grams of carbs
