Day 27

Can you believe it’s almost been a month already?! Time flies when you’re having fun.

Hopefully you guys are all adjusting well to the increase in carbs and your “diet” in giving you more freedom with eating. The whole reason for phase 2 is to become more flexible with what you can eat in hopes that you get into a groove and stay with this long term.

    Sleep 6
    Waited an hour then nursed a protein shake for 5 hours
    L- salad,burger, fries, beer
    D- left over steak, left over bacon wrapped pork, left over sweet potato tots, 1 chocolate chip cookie
    Prob only 60-70’oz water

    Waited more a few hours

    B- eggs & bacon
    L/D- lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado
    S-a few banana chips & some almonds
    Sleep 6 hours πŸ˜ͺ
    100 oz water

    slept many, many hours:)
    waited to eat
    2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 3 piece bacon
    protein bar
    veggie chips
    almonds and cashews
    2 piece of chicken with mixed veggies
    1 apple

    Waited 6 hrs- water & black coffee
    1st phorm protein
    Ate green veggies throughout the day
    Water- 150oz
    Sleep- 8hrs

    Waited 2 hours to eat
    Slept 12 hours

    Eggs Scrambled (whole egg), 4 large, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon 1 container (8 pieces ea.), Broccoli, Steamed, 1 cup

    96 ounces of water
    6 grams carbs
