Lame post alert – I’ve been editing photos ALL day so my brain is fried and I want to get off the computer and take a shower seeing I have to get up in a few hours to coach.


So much work. I need some time to play!

    B- egg whites, spinach & bacon
    L- Chichen, zucchini & some almonds
    D- burger patty, kale
    S- some blueberries
    Sleep 7 hours πŸ˜ͺ

    Waited 1 hour, I was starving
    Eggs, left over steak
    Cinderella beef for lunch
    Cinderella beef and sweet tater tots for dinner
    Protein shake
    60 oz water

    Did not sleep enough
    did not wait to eat

    WOD 60 snatches
    almonds and cashews
    meatloaf, sweet pot, broccoli
    2 glasses of wine:,(

    Slept 7 hours
    Waited 2 hours to eat

    Chicken Roasted, Skinless 3 thighs, Italian-style Blend Frozen Vegetables 1 cup
    Italian-style Blend Frozen Vegetables 1 cup, Roasted Chicken Thigh (No Skin) 2
    Black Olives, Ripe Sliced, 2 tbsp, Peppers yellow 1, Roma Tomato 1 oz, Lettuce 1.5 cup, Avocado 1/2 Medium, Beef Sirloin Steak Petite 5 oz, Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 0.5 oz
    Celery 1.5 Medium Stalk, Sunbutter

    96 ounces of water

    21 carbs (hmm didn’t realize it was that low.)
