    Waited a few hours to eat

    B- poached eggs, bacon & spinach
    L- grilled chicken, mixed green salad & walnuts
    D- chicken soup, broccoli & avocado
    S- some banana chips & almonds
    Water 100 oz
    Sleep – 8 hours

    Sleep 8, waited 8, drank 100oz, ate eggs bacon, dinner was chicken, asparagus, strawberries.
    No wods

    Waited 2 hours to eat.
    Slept more than 7 hours.
    Breakfast – Kill Cliff – Kc Bar Strawberries and Cream 1 Bar
    Lunch – Tap House Grill – Bleu Pecan Apple Grape Salad
    Dinner – Hamburger 8 oz, Broccoli Steamed 1 cup
    Snacks – Kill Cliff – Chocolate Chip Cookie Protein 1 Bar, Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 2 oz, Applegate Farms – Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz.
    83 g of carbs
    96 ounces of water

    Eggs and green peppers
    No wods
    Chicken, asparagus and sweet potato
    230 oz water
    Slept 9 hrs
