    Slept over 7 hours
    Waited 2 hours to eat
    Breakfast – Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 3, Steamed Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas and Water Chestnuts 3 cups
    Lunch – Hamburger 8 oz, Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup, Celery 1.5 Stalk, Sunbutter 2 tbsp
    Dinner – Pork Chop 6 oz Small Sweet Potato with ghee, Lettuce 1.5 cup
    Snacks – Raisins 1 small box
    96 ounces of water
    WOD
    88 g crabs

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B- egg whites, spinach & some bacon
    L- burger patty, cucumbers & avocado
    S- some blueberries
    D- ground turkey with some sweet potatoes, avocado & kale
    WOD- 52 reps
    No Challenge WOD
    120 oz of water
    7 hours of sleep

    Chicken green peppers
    No wods
    230 oz of water
    Slept 9 hrs
