Challenge WOD is up on the board at the gym. There are still a few of you going strong on this Challenge. I’m so proud of you guys!

Hope you guys are doing well with tracking your macronutrients. If you need help let me know! I’ve got it down to a science now.

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B- poached eggs with kale & some quinoa
    L-baked chicken, asparagus, broccoli & some almonds
    D- chicken, kale, some avocado & some quinoa
    Sleep 7 hours

    Slept 6.8 hours
    Waited more than 2 hours to eat
    Breakfast – Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup, Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 3
    Lunch – Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup, Hamburger 8 oz, 1 Avocado
    Dinner – Lettuce 1.5 cup, Sliced Black Olives 3 grams, Tomato Roma 1, Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 0.5 oz, Hamburger 8 oz, Wholly Guacamole 100 Cal Snack Pack
    Snacks – Raisins 1 small box, Sunbutter 2 tbsp, Celery 1.5 Stalk, Kill Cliff – Kc Bar Strawberries and Cream 1 Bar
    96 ounces of water
    WOD
    118 g carbs

    Raspberries and apples
    WOD: 70
    Extra wod: 8:28
    230 oz water
    Chicken, green peppers and sweet potato
    Slept 8 hrs
