Day 38

Let the games begin!

I wish this was the Hunger Games. Maybe I’d be able to participate at that. Despite the fact that I’m broken, and can’t lift, I am going to do my best at still participating in the Open. This will be my 4th year and I’m not going to sit out that’s for sure. Thank goodness for the scaled option this year.

I am so excited for classes tomorrow – I love the Open!

We are obviously going to hammer down on mobility & the workout tomorrow before we kick off the Open, but in the meantime here’s some tips to ponder – CLICK HERE

    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B- egg whites, spinach & turkey bacon
    S- blueberries
    L- baked salmon, zucchini and some almonds
    S- some blueberries
    D-paleo chili, broccoli
    rowing WOD
    120 oz of water
    6 + hours of sleep, kept dreaming about the Open πŸ˜•

    Sleep 7.5 hours
    Waited 2 hours to sleep
    Breakfast – Chicken Thigh Roasted Skinless 3, Steamed Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas and Water Chestnuts 1 container
    Lunch – Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup, Ground Beef 5 oz, Celery Medium Stalk 1.5, Sunbutter 2 tbsp, Cucumber raw, 0.5 cup
    Dinner – Lettuce 1.5 cup, Tomato Roma 61.5 g, Hamburger 8 oz
    Snacks – Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 2 oz, Applegate Farms – Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz.
    Over 96 ounces of water
    No WOD
