    Slept over 8 hours
    Waited 2 hours to eat

    Breakfast – Sunbutter 4 tbsp, Celery Stalk 3
    Lunch – Tap House Grill – Buffalo Chicken Wrap <—- I know, grains! But it was pretty low carb
    Good news I didn't eat the pretzel appetizer or the kit kat dessert.
    Dinner – Applegate Farms – Uncured Pepperoni 2 oz., Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 2 oz
    Snacks – Kill Cliff – Kc Bar Strawberries and Cream 1 Bar

    96 ounces of water
    Yoga
    85 g carbs

    Eggs, sausage
    Italian beef no bun
    Bowl of Cinderella sloppy
    Banana

    No wods

    B-eggs, bacon
    L- paleo chili with poblanos & spinach
    D- 2 squares of white pizza 😓
    S- protein shake
    Yoga
