    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B/L- eggs, broccoli, bacon
    S- some almonds and a protein shake
    D- spaghetti squash, & chicken
    WOD- 8+16 Rx
    96 oz of water
    7+ hours sleep

    Waited 2 hours to eat
    Slept 6 hours (yes, still stuck on the book)

    Breakfast – Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon 6 pieces, Eggs Scrambled 3, Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup
    Lunch – Ground Beef 6 oz, Broccoli Steamed 1.5 cup, Sweet Potato 0.5 medium
    Dinner – Hamburgers 16 oz, 0.5 Avocado, Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Carrots, 1 cup steamed
    Snacks – Kill Cliff – Salted Caramel & Almond bar

    96 ounces of water
    PT for neck and wrist
