Day 45

Thursday – and a good ‘ol repeat for the Open workout this week. 15.2 is 14.2. OHS and Chest to Bars. I have a love hate relationship with this workout. Can’t wait to watch everyone tear it up tomorrow though!

    Waited more a few hours

    B- eggs with kale & some quinoa
    L- grilled chicken, zucchini & mixed green salad
    D- spaghetti squash & chicken, grass fed cheese
    No WOD
    Sleep 8+ hours
    100 oz water

    Slept 6.5 hours
    Waited 2 hours to eat

    Breakfast – Grilled Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs 2, Italian-style Blend Frozen Vegetables steamed 1 cup
    Lunch – Ground Beef 6 oz, Sweet Potato 0.5 medium, Italian-style Blend Frozen Vegetables steamed 1 cup
    Dinner – Kerrygold – Reserve Cheddar Cheese 3 oz, Applegate Farms – Uncured Pepperoni 1 container (5 oz. ea.)
    Snacks
    Kill Cliff – Salted Caramel & Almond 1 bar, Kill Cliff – Kc Bar Strawberries and Cream 1 Bar

    96 ounces of water
    No WOD

    Feel like I am losing steam and starting to eat more, not necessarily junk food, but not the right food.
