    Waited more than 2 hours to eat

    B-eggs with smoked salmon, spinach and some bacon
    L- chicken, zucchini & some almonds
    D- Turkey patty, broccoli & grass fed cheese
    S- a few blueberries & almonds
    No WOD
    100 + oz water
    Sleep 8 + hours

    Waited 2 hours to eat
    Slept 6 hours (damn book!)

    Breakfast – Grilled Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs 2.5, Broccoli Steamed 3 cup
    Lunch – Celery 3 Stalks, Sunbutter 4 tbsp, Roasted Celery 1/2 cup, Roasted Baby Carrots 1/2 cup, Beef Chuck roasted 4.5 oz, Roast Red Onions 0.15 cup, Roasted Red Potatoes 170 g
    Dinner – Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Carrots Steamed 1 cup, Sweet Potato 0.5 medium, Hamburger 8 oz, 0.5 Avocado
    Snacks – Rx Bar – Apple Cinnamon 1 bar, Kill Cliff – Kc Bar Strawberries and Cream 1 Bar

    Over 100 ounces of water
