    B – 3 Eggs Scrambled. Avocado. 1c Spinach. Salsa. 3 Bacon Strips.
    S – Apple. Sun Butter.
    L – 8oz Beef. 1c Spinach. Mushrooms, Green Pepper & Jalapeños.
    S – n/a
    D – 2 Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs (GF). Yam. 1 1/2c Mixed Veggies.
    S – Apple. Sun Butter.

    WOD – CFE + 25 Dips.
    Post WOD Protein – No.
    Sleep – 9

    D..porkloin and blueberries

    L. Didn’t do shit all day. Wasn’t hungry Fasted
    S. beef jerkey 1/2 apple a little coconut meat

    felt like crap after drinking Saturday night 😦 But had soo much fun with my Reckless family 🙂
