Day 5

Hope you all had a great weekend and make it through with no cheats. As you all saw, the weekends tend to be the toughest time to stay strong. Stick with it, and let everyone know what it is that you are doing and what Paleo is all about. If they are trying to get you to cheat after you explain, then your friends suck.

    L. Ground turkey, bacon, sweet potatoes with Rotel and cumin and chili powder
    D: paleo granola with coconut milk
    S: turkey lunch meat and 2 pickles
    Sleep. 11 hours and a nap

    B: hawaiian omlet, 3 bacon, coffee (brunch time… skipped lunch)
    S: pistachios
    D: paleo hash, apple with almond butter

    S: raspberry and blackberries

      9 pts…really girl, eat some meat. bacon doesn’t qualify as enough protein. steak, chicken, fish, something.

    L: lettuce wrap with fresh salsa and turkey
    S: almond butter and carrots
    D: 2 chicken breasts, bacon, avacado, and cucumbers

    L: coconut chicken and apple with sunbutter
    S: carrots and guac
    D: pork chops and veggie salad (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, and drizzle of olive oil)

    Sleep: 7.5 hours

    S – Apple. Sun Butter.
    L – Paleo Chile. Avocado. 1c Pineapple.
    S – Almonds.
    D – 2 Hot Dogs (GF). 1c Asparagus. Green Smoothie (Paleo)
    S – Crispin Cider.

    WOD – Mobility WOD & Hip Drive Work
    Post WOD Shake – No
    Sleep – 10

    S: 1/2 avocado, cantaloupe
    L: chicken w/ olives, artichokes, tomatoes, butternut squash

    D: Paleo shepherd’s pie
